Also, I did 15 minutes abs class and 45 minutes lift weight class. I'm training for the coming weekend 5K WMU Turkey Trot race. Hopefully, I can hit around 21 minutes. 2 minutes less than last time. I did some speed work during the lunch. Ran 1.5 miles at 6.5 mph, then increased to 7.0 mph for 3 minutes and increased to 7.5 mph for 2 minutes, and then reduced to 7.0 mph for 2 minutes and increased to 8.0 mph for 1 minutes, and then 8.5 mph for 1 minutes. Repeats 5 times.
