I am testing out if I can run 10 miles every day. So far so good. No injure. Keep moving.

I'm still pretty new on running. I didn't start running until the past March at the age of 38. So not even a year.

But guess what, I fell in love with running. Maybe I did long time ago when I was a kid who used to run from home to school , from school home every day without even being noticed by anybody.

So I supposed to be "talented" according to one of running partner although I don't agree with him. In the past a few months, I raced 2 5K, 1 10K and 1 half marathon. I guess I wasn't very bad for the time of 1:52 for my first half.

No I am heading for my first full marathon. I want to do this so bad. I'm on my way training myself to be ready for this race on May next year. I have 7 months to prepare for it. I can do this. I can 10 miles a day so far, I feel great.

Also, I changed my diet. Does anybody hear Paleo diet? No wheat, No bread, No rice, no dairy. Lots of fresh vegetable, fruit, wild caught and lots of organic eggs.. I suppose to eat more grass-fed animal meat but I don't like meat very much and also, it's hard to find grass-fed animal any more. So I don't eat a lot of meat but fish like salmon. I feel great. I have 15 months old baby, my full-time professional job, and 10 miles run, and plus other cross training, I never feel so much energy.

I ran with Mark on Saturday morning started at 7:30 am. It was cold in Michigan around 35. But warm up pretty quick. It was a beautiful Saturday morning. I enjoyed it.

Also, I did 15 minutes abs class

and 45 minutes lift weight class.

 I'm training for the coming weekend 5K WMU Turkey Trot race. Hopefully, I can hit around 21 minutes. 2 minutes less than last time.

I did some speed work during the lunch. Ran 1.5 miles at 6.5 mph, then increased to 7.0 mph for 3 minutes and increased to 7.5 mph for 2 minutes, and then reduced to 7.0 mph for 2 minutes and increased to 8.0 mph for 1 minutes, and then 8.5 mph for 1 minutes. Repeats 5 times.

Finished at 24:21 but won my age group. I didn't beat my own PR although the course was hillly and weather was windy. Happy with the first place but disappointed that I didn't finish at my target sub 21.
